  My husband & I were staying at the Fairmont near by for our anniversary & based on reviews, we decided to go to Chez Truchon for dinner. It did not disappoint! Beautiful setting, friendly staff and amazing food. A perfect restaurant to celebrate a milestone :)

  The whole meal was a gastronomic experience. Recommended highly. The chef is amazing and everything he touches is gold. Service was outstanding, they knew all the subtleties about every dish and had excellent suggestions.

  Lovely Inn and well managed. The rooms are newly renovated, large and bright. I love the set-up of multiple sitting ares of about 10-20 people per room (4). The tables are nicely spread-out just enough to feel the ambience and not to crowded. I appreciate the view of the beautiful kitchen from the reception desk. Having such a lovely place to work in must inspire the chef and the supporting. My wife and I had the croustillant de saumon and the Tataki de thon, the steak tartare and contre filet de boeuf and both desert were great. . Nice menu and amazing food. Thank you.
